Can I Mine Bitcoin With A Laptop? [2020 Guide]

I can mining on bitcoin testnet network with my normal pc?

Hello guys,

I'm a student and I'm learning the bitcoin because I like this technology, I'm a junior developer and now I want mining in the testnet bitcoin network.

Now the my answer is, I can mining on the testnet network with bitcoin core? if yes how configure it?
also is it very expensive to undermine the testnet network?

New PC, new everything, drives disappearing & malware

Hi all,
Been searching for answers regarding disappearing drives but only found stuff regarding potentially failing older drives.
My computer and all components are new save one SSD and I assembled it in June.
Components: Ryzen 3700x Vengeance 32GB 3200MHz Gigabyte 2070s MSI B450 Gaming carbon Corsair 750w modular PSU All high end Corsair braided cables
Now the drives: Samsung Evo 860 500gb C: Samsung Evo 860 500gb D: (photos - lightroom) Samsung Evo 850 250gb E: (games) Toshiba 1tb F: (storage)
Only the D: and E: drives periodically disappear. It's I'd say about 10-20% of the time after turning the computer on. Restarting usually makes em come back.
All drives have good health according to Magician and are healthy according to Dskmgmt. The 850 comes from a previous computer but was thoroughly wiped (formatted, volumes and partitions deleted in Dskmgmt then reformatted again). Magician says 6.5tb were written on it. It was on a laptop and with not much file movement on it save for .docs .pdfs and the likes.
Now comes the malware part, though I have no idea if it is connected.
Back in July I realised the PC was infected with malwares since I couldn't access Windows defender (only had the blank 'security at a glance screen, and defender had indeed been disabled from the reg). I'd been a greedy bastard and might have gone on unsafe websites. Installed malware bytes, which found a bunch of malware including the one responsible for the defender registry debacle. It found other bitcoin mining stuff too. It apparently took care of it, however, since the computer was new, I did a full windows reinstall without keeping files. I set the few important files aside on a drive and scanned everything beforehand.
Everything was fine, fast forward about 3 weeks ago when I tried launching a game and steam tells me I have to download it again. The game drive was gone. I restarted and everything was back to normal. After a while I thought 'eh, let's have ole Defender scan this mess' and bam! No defender, blank 'security at a glance' screen...
Back with MWB, more or less same results as before with defender registry hack, bitcoin mining stuff and all.
Thing is, I had been much more careful and hadn't downloaded anything, so this seems even weirder for me.
I did another fresh windows install two days ago, not saving files (except storing the heavy steam library after full scan), thinking I'd be safe again and could finally enjoy a clean and proper PC.
However, this morning, as I tried launching a game, I realised both the game drive and photo drive are gone.
Restarted and it's fine, but damn is it annoying.
TL;DR: drives disappear randomly it appears, but 2 malwares infestations makes me doubt everything. Everything's brand spanking new though one drive is slightly older but in good health! High quality cables.
Thanks for any input and for reading that damn mess. Cheers!

[ANN][ANDROID MINING][AIRDROP] NewEnglandcoin: Scrypt RandomSpike

New England
New England 6 States Songs: https://www.reddit.com/newengland/comments/er8wxd/new_england_6_states_songs/
NewEnglandcoin
Symbol: NENG
NewEnglandcoin is a clone of Bitcoin using scrypt as a proof-of-work algorithm with enhanced features to protect against 51% attack and decentralize on mining to allow diversified mining rigs across CPUs, GPUs, ASICs and Android phones.
Mining Algorithm: Scrypt with RandomSpike. RandomSpike is 3rd generation of Dynamic Difficulty (DynDiff) algorithm on top of scrypt.
1 minute block targets base difficulty reset: every 1440 blocks subsidy halves in 2.1m blocks (~ 2 to 4 years) 84,000,000,000 total maximum NENG 20000 NENG per block Pre-mine: 1% - reserved for dev fund ICO: None RPCPort: 6376 Port: 6377
NewEnglandcoin has dogecoin like supply at 84 billion maximum NENG. This huge supply insures that NENG is suitable for retail transactions and daily use. The inflation schedule of NengEnglandcoin is actually identical to that of Litecoin. Bitcoin and Litecoin are already proven to be great long term store of value. The Litecoin-like NENG inflation schedule will make NewEnglandcoin ideal for long term investment appreciation as the supply is limited and capped at a fixed number
Bitcoin Fork - Suitable for Home Hobbyists
NewEnglandcoin core wallet continues to maintain version tag of "Satoshi v0.8.7.5" because NewEnglandcoin is very much an exact clone of bitcoin plus some mining feature changes with DynDiff algorithm. NewEnglandcoin is very suitable as lite version of bitcoin for educational purpose on desktop mining, full node running and bitcoin programming using bitcoin-json APIs.
The NewEnglandcoin (NENG) mining algorithm original upgrade ideas were mainly designed for decentralization of mining rigs on scrypt, which is same algo as litecoin/dogecoin. The way it is going now is that NENG is very suitable for bitcoin/litecoin/dogecoin hobbyists who can not , will not spend huge money to run noisy ASIC/GPU mining equipments, but still want to mine NENG at home with quiet simple CPU/GPU or with a cheap ASIC like FutureBit Moonlander 2 USB or Apollo pod on solo mining setup to obtain very decent profitable results. NENG allows bitcoin litecoin hobbyists to experience full node running, solo mining, CPU/GPU/ASIC for a fun experience at home at cheap cost without breaking bank on equipment or electricity.

CPU Minable Coin Because of dynamic difficulty algorithm on top of scrypt, NewEnglandcoin is CPU Minable. Users can easily set up full node for mining at Home PC or Mac using our dedicated cheetah software.
Research on the first forked 50 blocks on v1.2.0 core confirmed that ASIC/GPU miners mined 66% of 50 blocks, CPU miners mined the remaining 34%.
NENG v1.4.0 release enabled CPU mining inside android phones.

Decentralization and Community Driven NewEnglandcoin is a decentralized coin just like bitcoin. There is no boss on NewEnglandcoin. Nobody nor the dev owns NENG.
We know a coin is worth nothing if there is no backing from community. Therefore, we as dev do not intend to make decision on this coin solely by ourselves. It is our expectation that NewEnglandcoin community will make majority of decisions on direction of this coin from now on. We as dev merely view our-self as coin creater and technical support of this coin while providing NENG a permanent home at ShorelineCrypto Exchange.

ASIC/GPU Mining Pools Warning to Big ASIC Miners Due to DynDiff Algo on top of Scrypt, solo mining is recommended for ASIC/GPU miners. Further more, even for mining pools, small mining pool will generate better performance than big NENG mining pool because of new algo v1.2.x post hard fork.
The set up configuration of NENG for scrypt pool mining is same as a typical normal scrypt coin. In other word, DynDiff on Scrypt algo is backward compatible with Scrypt algo. Because ASIC/GPU miners rely on CPU miners for smooth blockchain movement, checkout bottom of "Latest News" section for A WARNING to All ASIC miners before you decide to dump big ASIC hash rate into NENG mining.
(1) Original DynDiff Warning: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5027091.msg48324708#msg48324708 (2) New Warning on RandomSpike Spike difficulty (244k) introduced in RandomSpike served as roadblocks to instant mining and provide security against 51% attack risk. However, this spike difficulty like a roadblock that makes big ASIC mining less profitable. In case of spike block to be mined, the spike difficulty immediately serve as base difficulty, which will block GPU/ASIC miners effectively and leave CPU cheetah solo miners dominating mining almost 100% until next base difficulty reset.

Engineering, Technology and Other Talents (Homebrew)

Hello, everyone. I am sharing some homebrew adjustments to some Talents. If you have any suggestions or comments, please share them.
Student Talent Additions (Research/Studying Karma Reward): If a PC possesses the Student Talent, he/she can earn +3 Karma for conducting academic research. The research time has to be at least 1 game-hour, and the reward is only given once per game-day. The maximum amount of game-time used per game-day for research is 8 hours, thus [8(3) = 24] 24 Karma is the daily maximum. The PC must declare what he/she is researching before any rewards are distributed. If a PC is studying a form of technology, for example an alien-made robot salvaged from a battle, the same rewards apply. This system could be used if a sorcerer is conducting magical exploration at a mystical library.
If the PC holds the Student Talent, going to class could be another way to earn Karma. It could be a physical lab/classroom or going online. Doing so, a PC can earn +3 Karma per class attended. Performing homework assignments are also +3 worth of Karma.
To make being a Student challenging, I would have the PC make Reason FEATs to pass tests, quizzes, exams and drafting essays/papers. Passing a science and/or a magical test would require a Yellow Reason FEAT. Passing a liberal studies or humanities test requires a Green Reason FEAT. A passed test would be a (+5) Karma reward, a failed exam would be (-5) Karma score.
A PC with the Student Talent could earn 2(1d10) Karma by giving a college/university TEDx Talk. This reward is issued per lecture. In addition, a superhero can earn college credit performing one.
*Astronautics: The science of the construction and design of vehicles for travel in space beyond a planet’s atmosphere. A PC with this Talent can study and/or conduct research on existing spacecraft, earning Karma like the Student Talent. In addition, he/she can attempt to build such vehicles, with a +1 CS Reason and -1CS Resource bonus and refer to Aliens & Space Travel spacecraft engineering charts (pp. 5-8). This skill takes up two (2) initial Talent slots.
*Salvage: Talent allows an individual to enter any waste area (junkyard, alleyway dumpster, landfill, illegal dumping spot, hazard/trial zone, corporation-owned pocket dimension, etc.) and find components for inventions/modifications. Intuition or Reason, whichever is higher, is (+1CS) when searching. Finding anything takes time (1-10 hours, must be rolled with a 1d10). A successful FEAT determines the found item. This method reduces the cost of a device (-1CS). In addition, a PC with this skill gains a Waste-Facility/Recycling Business Contact. This skill takes up two (2) Talent slots.
Cryptocurrency: This is a specialized form of Business/Finance. The PC is familiar with the world of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, the history of Bitcoin, electronic-coin finance and how digital money can be mined. Initial Resources are a minimum of Good, and the PC gains a +1CS for FEAT rolls dealing with spending, investing and trading digital cash. A hero gains a Contact in the Professional category. A villain gains a Contact in the Criminal Business category and knows how the Black Market/Web works.
*Quantum Physics Technology: Having a background in research and development on quantum physics, the hero with this talent can create, repair and tinker with devices that allow teleportation, wormhole travel and integrate warp capabilities and hyperdrive into spacecrafts. Also, this Talent allows the practitioner to create a phase armobattle-suit and/or “phase compatible” devices. The PC can make artificial versions of the following powers: Dimension Travel, Gateway, Teleport Self or Teleport Others (Ultimate Talents Book, p. 23-24). This skill takes up two (2) Talent slots.
*Nanotechnology: This specialized skill focuses on modifying created inventions, by reducing their size. PCs with this Talent can ignore any modifiers relating to size reduction (ex. Portable, Cannot Normally Be Seen, Microscopic, Nano-level and/or Pocket-Sized). This skill takes up two (2) Talent slots.

The Mandela Effect (Part 2 – The Celebrity)

This is a continuation of the Mandela Effect story. For the introduction, click here.
How did you first become aware of the Incident?
I have a lot of fans, and I often hold events that allow me to mingle with them. They have all sorts of interesting careers, and I like to ask them questions about their lives. Maybe it’s my sincerity, or maybe it’s just part of being a celebrity, but when they open up and tell me about their lives, they frequently share things that they might not tell another person.
I was in a deep conversation with one of these fans, and he says “You know, I work for (the Silicon Valley Mogul) and there is just the strangest project that he’s working on. It involves you, interestingly enough.” I mean, obviously I want to know more, so I ask him more questions and he tells me about this weird guy that the NSA is surveilling. They’re tracking his internet habits and it turns out that he repeatedly googles and reads whatever are the most recent news articles on the same five people: Donald Trump, (The Silicon Valley Mogul), Kanye West, Vladimir Putin, and me. So I’m surprised, like “Wow. That’s really weird.” And obviously I’m a little worried too, because I’ve had a lot of stalkers, and it’s a really unsettling experience. So I tell him “Hey, this is really scary, and I’m kind of worried that I may have a stalker that I don’t know about. I’m not asking you to say or do anything that would endanger your job, but if he does anything else that involves me, would you please let me know?”
Anyway, a few weeks passes, and I hear back from him and he says “You know, it’s the weirdest thing. He just granted you limited power of attorney in regards to IP infringement. He thinks that the NSA is trying to infringe upon his IP!” I’m like “WHAT?” It turns out that you’re verbally allowed to grant power of attorney and he did so until the end of 2019, to be extended in the event that I file any lawsuits on his behalf.
What did you do?
Well, I mean, what does one do in a situation like that? I talked to my friends about it. They also thought it was the weirdest thing, and one of them was laughing that we should try to get a message to him. My fan, the guy who works for (The Silicon Valley Mogul), told me that this guy reads Daily Mail a lot. It’s sort of this trashy British tabloid that has a lot of pictures in it. It’s not too expensive to insert a paid article there: in fact a lot of Z-list celebrities and Instagram influencers do it when they’re trying to get their glow-up. So as a joke, one of my friends puts a paid ad in there about me… and the guy answers! But here’s the weird thing, he doesn’t hit the post button. He responds with a thoughtful comment and then deletes it. Like what?
Anyway, once me and my friends find out that we can communicate with this guy through Daily Mail, it becomes a thing for us and we try to find out his opinion about all sorts of different things. When you move through our world it can be hard to get a genuine opinion, and this guy is painfully honest. I mean, why wouldn’t he be? He deletes the posts, so there’s no evidence that they even exist. We’re the only ones who know. Anyway, it eventually becomes this sort of… game. We occasionally post paid articles in Daily Mail and ask him his opinion on things. Sometimes it’s serious stuff, like politics or racial issues. Sometimes it’s totally trivial, like… just the other day, a popular actress was asking his opinion about her ankles. Weird stuff like that. We ask his opinions through Daily Mail and my friend who works for (The Silicon Valley Mogul) relays his typed but deleted message back to us a day later.
Eventually, we hear his comment about the colors. “Monochrome with a little red if you pledge your loyalty to me, blue and pink if you think I’m sexy.” And we do that too, because, hey, it’s fun. A lot of us are into fashion anyway, so this is like, a… a cool little thing to let other people know that you’re in on the secret, that you’re in the know. 21 is a special number for him for some reason - so every month, on the 21st, we dress up in his colors. Some of us even work them into music videos, trailers for coming movies, or the color scheme of our music tours. Even corporations are doing it too now, using these color schemes in their commercials. There are symbols, too. Like the “OK” symbol, or the illuminati sign of the triangle near your eye. Those apparently have some sort of significance to him also, so we try to sneak it into our paparazzi shots or poses. And then one day, I look around, and I’m like… wait a second, this is a cult. I’m in a secret cult. We have weird symbols, and similar clothing, and strange rituals we do on a certain day of the month, and a huge secret shared only by us that the rest of the world doesn’t know about. (Laugh)
What is your interpretation of the Incident?
Well, it’s pretty obvious. Shortly after I realized we were in a secret cult, he posted a link to a book on Amazon. It’s written like a cross between a Spellbook, an unhinged Twitter rant, and some sort of science handbook. Except this isn’t any sort of normal science. This is something called “Game Theory” and “Memetics.” Basically, those are sciences of crowd manipulation, except right now they’re still speculative – people can’t agree whether or not they exist or are just wild fringe ideas. But this guy’s theories are like, two decades ahead of everybody else. Apparently, for the past twenty years he has secretly been doing mad science experiments on how to manipulate groups, and he just proved it by starting a cult in Hollywood without even ever meeting a single one of us in person.
But here’s the crazy thing – there’s no proof of any of this. Like I said, he never hit the post button on any of his comments, so there’s no proof any of them existed. If it wasn’t for the fact that we’re all doing the same things, you wouldn’t know. He’s covered his tracks perfectly. If not for the fact that you came here to interview me about it, I’d never say anything, because who would believe me?
What part of the Incident would you categorize as paranormal or outside the bounds of understanding?
OK, this is really going to come off as narcissistic, and I really don’t mean it to come off this way… (laughs)
Go on.
Well, the impression I initially had of this guy is that he was a stalker who was obsessively into me. Even after I changed my mind about that, it seemed pretty clear that he was attracted to me. I mean… to be entirely honest, I got curious and asked him about it on Daily Mail once, and he flat-out admitted it. But, the weird thing is…
Yes?
After January 1st, 2020, he didn’t read even a single Daily Mail article about me. Not even one.

Ryzen 3100 Idling @ 75+ degrees & 100% usage - UNTIL I open task manager

Hey everyone,
EDIT: SOLVED. Much thanks to u/cecilkorik for giving me the push to try scanning for malware. I had mistakenly assumed I wouldn't be infected in a new build with very little else downloaded and installed. I really should have tried this first, but as it was a brand new build, I mistakenly assumed there was no way it had anything on it yet. Malwarebytes found a trojan bitcoin miner that was presumably mining BTC in my spare cycles and then hiding itself when task manager was opened.
After cleaning, the temps are now sub-45', CPU cores are happily sleeping, and all is well. Thanks for giving me the extra goading required to second guess myself. Not gonna make that mistake again.
ORIGINAL:
Hoping you can hope me troubleshoot a gremlin I can't seem to solve myself. Recently built a new PC with a Ryzen 3100 on an ASRock B450 Pro4 board. For some reason, the PC is pegged at 100% CPU utilization, as seen through Ryzen Master, and insane temps - UNTIL I open task manager to find out why. After I do, even if I close task manager, CPU usage and temps go down to normal. I understand Windows likes to fill spare CPU cycles, but I'm talking 76' C temps at 'idle'- it cooks the room. After opening task manager, CPU drops, cores start to sleep, and the temps drop down to the 40' range.
It has a fresh Windows install, updated drivers / chipset / BIOS, the whole nine. I'm fairly confident its not a thermal paste issue, as after I open task manager temps drop to a normal range. I just can't for the life of me figure out what is going on here.

Mining noob, I have some questions

Hi everyone, a quick intro here: I come from a professional horticulture background. I've been learning about computers, networking, network security and Linux sys. admin for the last two years. I built a bunch of gaming computers for my kids and I with a bonus check I got in fall of 2017, right before the 2017 "bitcoin bubble". By luck I grabbed all my parts before the price of GPU's skyrocketed. All I've been doing though is learning about Linux and game development, learning digital art like 3D modeling, and streaming video games.
I'm now learning to mine ZEC with tpruvot/ccminer 2.3.1 in Ubuntu 20.04 with Nvidia proprietary driver vers. 440 & CUDA toolkit 10.1. I'm just learning how to do this and understand I'm not making a profit. I'ts more a learning experience and a hobby sort of thing for now. I dont really care if the system breaks, I have another computer with AMD RX560 that I work and game on Linux with. I cant mine with the pollaris GPU because I cant install OpenCL. There is no support for 20.04 from catalyst driver as of now.
TL;DR I'm a noob and wondering why my hashrate is what it is. I am only using 1 GPU as of now (Nvidia 1050Ti 4GB) and mining on a pool. I get an average of 140 Sol/s. Is this essentially the same as H/s and is that a normal number for my card? Should I add a 2nd GPU I have if it's only a 1050 2GB? Also, I am using nvtop & htop packages to monitor PC stats, it shows it's using 99% of GPU and 100% of a single core of my CPU (intel i5 6402P @ 3.2GHz) fans and temps are good.
But it shows I'm only using .6GB / 4GB while mining, is that right? Shouldn't it be using more memory? Would it be overkill to mine with CPU miner at the same time as the 2 cards?
Sorry about the essay, and thanks for your time

Finding SHA256 partial collisions via the Bitcoin blockchain

This is not a cryptocurrency post, per se. I used Bitcoin's blockchain as a vehicle by which to study SHA256.
The phrase "partial collision" is sometimes used to describe a pair of hashes that are "close" to one another. One notion of closeness is that the two hashes should agree on a large number of total bits. Another is that they should agree on a large number of specific (perhaps contiguous) bits.
The goal in Bitcoin mining is essentially (slight simplification here) to find a block header which, when hashed twice with SHA256, has a large number of trailing zeros. (If you have some familiarity with Bitcoin, you may be wondering: doesn't the protocol demand a large number of leading zeros? It does, kind of, but the Bitcoin protocol reverses the normal byte order of SHA256. Perhaps Satoshi interpreted SHA256 output as a byte stream in little endian order. If so, then this is a slightly unfortunate choice, given that SHA256 explicitly uses big endian byte order in its padding scheme.)
Because Bitcoin block header hashes must all have a large number of trailing zeros, they must all agree on a large number of trailing bits. Agreement or disagreement on earlier bits should, heuristically, appear independent and uniform at random. Thus, I figured it should be possible to get some nice SHA256 partial collisions by comparing block header hashes.
First, I looked for hashes that agree on a large number of trailing bits. At present, block header hashes must have about 75 trailing zeros. There are a little over 2^19 blocks in total right now, so we expect to get a further ~38 bits of agreement via a birthday attack. Although this suggests we may find a hash pair agreeing on 75 + 38 = 113 trailing bits, this should be interpreted as a generous upper bound, since early Bitcoin hashes had fewer trailing zeros (as few as 32 at the outset). Still, this gave me a good enough guess to find some partial collisions without being overwhelmed by them. The best result was a hash pair agreeing on their final 108 bits. Hex encodings of the corresponding SHA256 inputs are as follows:
23ca73454a1b981fe51cad0dbd05f4e696795ba67abb28c61aea1a024e5bbeca
a16a8141361ae9834ad171ec28961fc8a951ff1bfc3a9ce0dc2fcdbdfa2ccd35
(I will emphasize that these are hex encodings of the inputs, and are not the inputs themselves.) There were a further 11 hash pairs agreeing on at least 104 trailing bits.
Next, I searched for hashes that agree on a large number of total bits. (In other words, hash pairs with low Hamming distance.) With a little over 2^19 blocks, we have around (2^19 choose 2) ~= 2^37 block pairs. Using binomial distribution statistics, I estimated that it should be possible to find hash pairs that agree on more than 205 bits, but probably not more than 210. Lo and behold, the best result here was a hash pair agreeing on 208 total bits. Hex encodings of the corresponding SHA256 inputs are as follows:
dd9591ff114e8c07be30f0a7998cf09c351d19097766f15a32500ee4f291e7e3
c387edae394b3b9b7becdddcd829c8ed159a32879c156f2e23db73365fde4a94
There were 8 other hash pairs agreeing on at least 206 total bits.
So how interesting are these results, really? One way to assess this is to estimate how difficult it would be to get equivalent results by conventional means. I'm not aware of any clever tricks that find SHA256 collisions (partial or full) faster than brute force. As far as I know, birthday attacks are the best known approach.
To find a hash pair agreeing on their final 108 bits, a birthday attack would require 2^54 time and memory heuristically. Each SHA256 hash consists of 2^5 bytes, so 2^59 is probably a more realistic figure. This is "feasible", but would probably require you to rent outside resources at great expense. Writing code to perform this attack on your PC would be inadvisable. Your computer probably doesn't have the requisite ~600 petabytes of memory, anyway.
The hash pair agreeing on 208 of 256 bits is somewhat more remarkable. By reference to binomial distribution CDFs, a random SHA256 hash pair should agree on at least 208 bits with probability about 2^-81. A birthday attack will cut down on the memory requirement by the normal square root factor - among ~2^41 hashes, you expect that there will be such a pair. But in this case, it is probably necessary to actually compare all hash pairs. The problem of finding the minimum Hamming distance among a set doesn't have obvious shortcuts in general. Thus, a birthday attack performed from scratch would heuristically require about 2^81 hash comparisons, and this is likely not feasible for any entity on Earth right now.
I don't think these results carry any practical implications for SHA256. These partial collisions are in line with what one would expect without exploiting any "weaknesses" of SHA256. If anything, these results are a testament to just how much total work has been put into the Bitcoin blockchain. Realistically, the Bitcoin blockchain will never actually exhibit a SHA256 full collision. Still, I thought these were fun curiosities that were worth sharing.

Watch out for clipboard viruses

Whenever you send money, always triple check your address - you don't wanna learn this the hard way, like I did.
So yesterday I was sending some bitcoins, but as impatient as I was, I just copied my wallet address, pasted it in the exchange, and swiftly waltzed through the menus of withdrawing my money. Well imagine my shock when the wallet it sent to was completely different from mine.
After a few minutes of panic, I checked task manager to find an app labeled "Google Chrome" without an icon in the autostart page, that ran under the process "vlc.exe". This came to me as very shady, as I don't have Chrome installed on my PC.
I did some investigating, and found that the clipboard only changed to the scam wallet address when I copied wallet addresses. After locating and deleting this app, my clipboards functioned as normal.
Anyways, this was an expensive lesson for me, which I hope will not be repeated again.

Easily generate income online | UNIEX

Easily generate income online | UNIEX
Dear as they are, I hope well. In this post I come to bring a very practical tool which allows the deposit of money in the form of cryptocurrencies passively and from the comfort of your homes. Before starting I want to clarify that I am not coming to bring you any lies in which you are going to have to download programs or do strange things, this is totally simple and it works. Nor do I come to tell you that they will be able to earn 50 or 100 dollars in a day or a week, since there is no such tool. There is no easy way to earn that much money (at least for normal people like me). I also clarify that you have not yet obtained the benefit of the page since I have just started. But in what I take time I did not find any problem or any reason how to stop using it. Clarified everything we begin:

What is UNIEX?

In simple words, uniex is a cloud mining system. Many wonder what is cloud "mining"? Those who know about cryptocurrencies will know what it is about. For newcomers (like me) cloud mining is the financial exchange of the future to which I have great faith. Since approximately 2012, the cryptocurrency was created every day and every year that passes, it has gained more strength and monetary value. Besides that it is a tool that skips all the policies or everything that has to do with the financial systems of the banks, being able to do what you want with your virtual money without explaining it to anyone.

https://preview.redd.it/akqb4pcnts451.jpg?width=1359&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=16fa98e66b6fedba6f901c3dc062dba2b4dadfa3
In this post I am going to show you quickly how passive income can be generated. UNIEX is a page where you can invest to accelerate income, EYE, I am not telling you to invest, since virtual currencies fluctuate greatly and change value constantly. Although most cases are on the rise. If they do not invest they can have the same income, later we will see how much.

HOW TO START?

The first thing that I am going to leave you is the referral link of mine, so that you enter the page and can have USD 3 free to start reaping your cryptocurrencies passively

LINK: http://uniex.biz?ref=7ocplL

Once entered there are those who have a screen like this:

https://preview.redd.it/9u0uqb6tus451.jpg?width=1343&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d5556c179360a243efec8aefa5db3526ef7a6f49
In which they will only have to create one user. Once created, you can use the 3 free dollars they give you.
In this case with those three dollars you can start accumulating DOGECOIN as we see in the image.

https://preview.redd.it/7lucwzgqvs451.jpg?width=374&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b933890c9b8604d47cd93d894fbb690cdef434ae
To start farming cryptocurrencies we follow the following steps:

1st step: On the main page, press START EXTRACTION

https://preview.redd.it/35l09tjdws451.jpg?width=1353&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=219b880ef67ff197f7e2c08dd71f71900442e700
2nd step: We click on MINING

https://preview.redd.it/4cvpamtiws451.jpg?width=1345&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ddb79e6bf6d6f5e2b2ce21927a19a835273a62b9
3rd step: We will see the screen as the image shows. We locate DOGECOIN and we will see that it is at 0%, that is, it is not accumulating the currency. We click on the meter and fill it 100% to start harvesting.

https://preview.redd.it/lirw1q00xs451.jpg?width=968&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6671170143fb1b3d080c48c1c30dc78d3be95cb8

https://preview.redd.it/ix9ob4p1xs451.jpg?width=960&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1d3b496bd877e109799d82aa595d3ae0761c828c
And that's all there is to it in order to start collecting cryptocurrencies. But now comes the most important and what interests us all:

How much do we earn with this method?

In the previous image you can see that I already have accumulated 2.63353423 DOGE. How much money is that? Well on the page investing.com you can go to the virtual currency converter and it gives the following.

https://preview.redd.it/ohjf6oifxs451.jpg?width=667&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fe55275344d67895266fcb9b82c25449f547f317
At that time you have managed to accumulate $ 0.0069, in approximately 2 hours. You will say "But that is nothing", the truth is that it is nothing. But this page works constantly, you can close it, turn off the PC, whatever you want. But they will continue to accumulate cryptocurrencies. Look at the following image:
https://preview.redd.it/oxcmjsdjys451.jpg?width=960&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d8b8c33982a9684522987e35bdb0dd0c110a26f4
On the right side we can see how many DOGECOIN we can obtain per hour, per day, per month and even per year.
Look at how much you would earn per month:

https://preview.redd.it/k2aqegotys451.jpg?width=659&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6ec666494699639830f1cc30ad89f038608740fb
In a month, without even entering the page we can passively earn up to USD 2,7025. And without doing anything difficult, just create an account and set collection 100%

How do I withdraw the money?

To see how much money we have we go to the "Balance" or "Balance" tab located below where it says "LIVE", depending on what language they have.

https://preview.redd.it/la8tkiat0t451.jpg?width=1355&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5820696d06e5704b939018bbf22decb88548784b
Once there you will see the following image:

https://preview.redd.it/bpocxza21t451.jpg?width=1344&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=78a67e9392e905003f30daa783b26ccb6d686eee
In A we choose the DOGECOIN currency and then click B to exchange for dollars. A field will appear in C to complete with the amount of DOGECOIN we want to change to obtain the respective dollars. If I am not mistaken the minimum amount of dollars that we can change is USD 0.1, so we will need approximately 38 DOGECOINS.
Once changed to dollars we see the following image:

https://preview.redd.it/5gic54fd1t451.jpg?width=1343&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d92232acc748bc230fb100330d5e1607299782fd
Following the order, in A we choose the currency, in this case in dollars, (I don't have anything because I still hadn't changed it). In B we press WITHDRAW, and the screen C will appear, which indicates the two pages through which we can transfer the dollars, PERFECT MONEY and PAYEER. The minimum amount of dollars that can be withdrawn is USD 2.5, which is not much. Let's say every 1 month we can withdraw dollars. Or use them to invest which I explain later.
For example, I put how it would be from payeer:

LINK: https://payeer.com/013692447

https://preview.redd.it/1qk13edn1t451.jpg?width=1335&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=375e1b5b537cf0ba974a1a87f689db1ef9ad3a4c
We can see in the first tab that tells us how many dollars we have (in this case 0) and then it can be transferred to your bank account. I can not put images of this since I have not been able to remove anything yet, but I can hardly make another post. To withdraw you just have to copy the ID shown above and paste it where it says "specify bag number" in the image above in the letter C.

Is there any way to speed up the collection of cryptocurrencies?

Yes, there are. Previously he had commented that on this page you could invest. I emphasize, you can invest but it is not an obligation, and you have to take all the precautions, cryptocurrencies change value constantly. So this is up to you and your responsibility.
To invest we go to the BUY THE POWER tab:

https://preview.redd.it/fc0azzv92t451.jpg?width=1360&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6a1b6a730cb3241461dff4312c6f2384bfc74a07
The following screen will appear:

https://preview.redd.it/tyh5bqas2t451.jpg?width=1326&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=93bd56f9309d6e0dbd50dc4c479f0203eacd2bb4
Following the order of the letters they choose SCRYPT since we will start investing in DOGECOIN which is what we earn. Later when we have more money we can invest in Bitcoin or Ethereum, which are the currencies with the highest value in the cryptocurrency market today. In window B we will see the price in dollars to increase the speed and below we see the current speed. In C we choose the currency with which we are going to invest and then pressing BUY THE POWER we will obtain the increase of the collection.
To finish, when we invest, another interesting thing is enabled, which is a "roulette" in which we can win prizes such as bitcoins, or increased collection power for any currency. To see this press the gift that is on the left of the screen:

https://preview.redd.it/rwnw8uvz2t451.jpg?width=1327&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cf788b1e4a75a1c8342e174db70e01dd3a150d31
Una vez presionemos el boton Lets Play veremos algo así:

https://preview.redd.it/xqn7y6i63t451.jpg?width=1340&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=78350d7e57745ac8de58e117a9e303fa005febcc
In A we will see our balance of Points. These points are obtained by investing money in BUY THE POWER previously explained. Logically the more we invest the more points they give us. We can bet these points on 1, 10 or 100 as shown in B. With their respective rewards shown in C. In the image the 10 point bet is selected. And the rewards are 0.1 Bitcoin which is a significant sum (almost USD1000) or 0.002 Bitcoin which is equivalent to USD 20 or force of power to increase the collection. There is always something to be gained and that is good because it will help us to accelerate the profit of money. If we select to bet 1 point we will get lower rewards, and when selecting 100 points the rewards are even greater.
Well to finish I wanted to tell you what is that tab that says LIVE in the upper left of the screen. If we press there we will have access to 3 cameras. Which two of them point to the "servers" of UNIEX and the third camera points to a television which indicates the extractions that are being carried out (I do not post screenshots because just then they did not work, but believe me they work). And all in real time, very good the truth. This indicates seriousness and gives confidence to the user for the page.
Well I hope I have been as clear as possible and have not left doubts. When I can withdraw I will add another post. I hope it works for you and you like it, and remember to be patient, something is not accomplished overnight.
Thank you.

Calendar Bug Android

Hello,

I don t know if any of Tick Tick's staff read reddits, but i found a potential bug.

Let s say we have one task in the interval 23-00/11PM-00 and another task in the interval 00-01/00-1AM.
On pc, it works great, both the calendar view (day, month) and the today view, but on android something strange happens.
The 22-00 task bleeds into the next day and it tucks under the 00-01 task. It s annoying. I had to put the 22-00 task to 22-23:50 to dodge this.

Question #1 ANDROID: Is it on my end and or is it the app's fault?

Question #2 PC: I don t seem to find Reminder Ringtones on PC, except for "Task completion." Where can it be; or is it not?

Question #3 PC: Another thing that doesn t make any sense: in the "Next 7 days" tab, if I have a repetead task, it doesn t show me when it has to happen, except the next immediate one that has to happen. I understand it is to combat clutter, but i would like to decide that. Can I?

Let s say I have TASK A 3 times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If i look on Sunday in the "Next 7 days" tab, it would show me just "Task 3, Monday" and that s it.

Question #4 PC&Android: Show subtasks/Hide subtasks doesn t do anything at all. What is its purpose? Does it work?
Show subtasks doesn t work neither in Calendar View or Next 7 days.

Tick Tick users, i am new here as you can see, but if you are reading these, if these are truly problems and it s not my fault, do they work out the bugs or they persist months at a time? Thank you!

Question #5 PC: What? 10% CPU usage and 511MB RAM?
https://preview.redd.it/6il1tnzrvj551.png?width=679&format=png&auto=webp&s=7da839d329414e98020405e4c970829160ace6cb
I restarded the app and it s again <1% CPU load, but what s up with this unstability, u/ticktickvoice? Someone could say you mine bitcoin with my computer. <- It s a joke (I hope at least).

I did some bug testing and it seems like, obviously, if you are scrolling through your calendar with "Show repeating tasks" active it uses a lot more cpu (~10%).
^ This is normal, I understand this.

This time, when i stopped on a month, the cpu load decreased immediately, while the first time, it was stable at 10% CPU load even if I did the scrolling thing 1 hour before checking the cpu.

D100 Ways to Mess With "I wish for all the gold in the world!"

  1. It rains down on the character and kills them
  2. Infinite gold is just a single gold piece that constantly reappears in your pocket after being spent
  3. That's the gold from the town treasury used to pay it's workers, now there's rioting in the streets
  4. Can't be arsed to go through all the comments but all the gold could teleport back into the interior of the world - to the mines it originated in or just like dispersed through the mantle again?
  5. All of the gold in the world is condensed into one single coin that flotas in front of the wishmaker for a few seconds. When he goes to grab it, it stops floating and the combined mass of all the gold in the world is to heavy for any mortal to hold. It tears through his hand and throws him to the ground, leaving a 20 meter wide crater where the coin landed. Nothing can pick up the coin, but that just means that no one can steal it from the wish maker.
  6. Everyone in the world gains the belief that gold is your personal property and feels weird about possessing it. It's like an old roommate's CDs, or an ex boyfriend's hoodie. They'll put the same amount of effort into returning it to you, but only when it's convenient. You can't really spend it anywhere either, unless they have an unhealthy desire for your possessions.
  7. "ok it's all yours, go get it". (no gold moves)
  8. Trade continues with coins made of other metals, and gold is a weird fringe metal that nobody will honor
  9. All your gear is now gilded, and all other gold coins lose their color. Nobody other than you remembers the old color of gold
  10. The uncaring diety that granted your wish also brought all the dragons that guarded hoards of gold
  11. All the gold from underground bursts from the earth in front of you, with no convenient way to move it.
  12. All the gold in the rest of the world disappears. Widespread chaos and confusion reigns. Literally all the gold in the world is carried in his pack. No gold in temple decorations.. magical items with gold no longer work.. etc.
  13. The world is not defined as this world. You got all the gold in the only diamond world, so, none.
  14. "All the gold in the world" was a poem written by a bad bard. You get a worthless piece of paper with a lackluster poem.
  15. "All the Gold" is almost dead nag of a riding horse and was in the world. The rapid trip to get to you kills it.
  16. You are encumbered by the gold in your possession and can not empty your inventory fast enough to escape encumbrance in the middle of nowhere. (Hope a town eventually forms around you fast.)
  17. You get what you wish and everyone and everything else knows it, but, you do not immediately know. (good luck with all the thieves, assassins, nobles, bandits, demons, etc. gunning for you and your gold.)
  18. Every creature that falls under "fae" or similar are forced to deliver the gold to you. Everyone from a common fairy to fae deities come one after the other, each with only one gold piece until you have all the gold in the world. They're concious of their actions but can't move freely until the deed is done. Who knows what they'd do to you once they regain control of their bodies
  19. You get the gold... but its somewhere. Good luck finding it.
  20. All the gold in the world, except for what’s on your person, vanishes in an instant.
  21. All gold within 60’ of the wish maker flies to them as metal to a powerful magnet and sticks to them. They can only remove gold from their body that they are giving/donating to a person, cause, church, or kingdom/city-state, empire etc. (the person must be a stranger or passing acquaintance, no more than that, or they are using as payment for goods or services or repaying a financial debt. STR checks for movement and CON checks to remain standing will eventually be needed.
  22. Gold-rust monster.
  23. They get all the gold in the world in a spendable and secure manner. But some of that gold is cursed by various wizards and magical entities in various ways for various reasons. The owner of it now bears at least a dozen unrelated curses, maybe more.
  24. You get all the gold but now no one has any so it holds no value. We move back into a barter system until a new form of currency can be established.
  25. They get midas' touch and everything they touch turns into gold but if they touch a creature the creatures gains +5 ac and can still attack and move normally
  26. The character becomes coated in gold, lowering mobility but greatly increasing defense
  27. All gold not owned by them turns into silver.
  28. They get their gold, only to find that the primary currency is now platinum. Gold is now only used as a component some spells, or for the properties of the material itself.
  29. All the gold in the world disappears. There is no gold, so you have all that there is.
  30. The gold stays where it is but technically IS their property. Good luck convincing everyone else that...
  31. All of the gold in the world immediately teleports to their location, killing the PC immediately via crushing and flattening entire cities at once beneath thousands of tons of gold ore, coins, and dust
  32. Ok, you now own all the gold in the world. However, it is still located exactly where it was before. You own it but it hasn't moved. Go get it if you want. And try convince the current possessor of it that you are the owner.
  33. All the gold comes with all the dragons...
  34. .. they cant physically shift the huge mountain of gold and people come from far and wide to take a wheelbarrow full of gold that is too large to be protected by the party..
  35. Theres no gold anywhere else so everyone reverts to spending lead coins instead. Gold decreases in value substantially. ...
  36. All the gold in the world technically belongs to the player but it's still wherever it was before he/she owned it. It now depicts the players head on every coin and people everywhere say things like "hey I know you you're from money!" Etc
  37. It’s in bitcoin, what’s bitcoin? Just wait a couple thousand years.
  38. Because wishes are directed to the gods themselves, and they see the entire universe as their "world" the gold from all around the universe is summoned to the PC's or NPC's location, the sheer amount of gold is so large that the entire planet is destroyed, along with any moons it might have, if the dm decides that the universe the campaign is in is very very very VERY rich in gold, he might aswell say that because so much gold was teleported to a specific location, it collapsed upon itself and formed a black hole.
  39. Your players hear a loud, familiar sound of earth moving as if an earth elemental started traveling beneath them. Your player hears something rustle in the grass, PC looks down and there, under a dead leaf, lies a single spec of gold ore. Pulled from the earth they stand on the gold ore inside the earth always moves up towards the player. If they stay in one spot for longer than a week it begins to pile.
  40. It is in one enormous coin, and nobody can make change. You try to break it into smaller pieces, but are stopped by the authorities because it has the emperor's face on it.
  41. Everyone else will see the color gold as a muted grey.
  42. You now possess all the gold in the world, but now everyone wants to kill you for it
  43. The wisher get the world's supply of fool's gold (pyrite). Hope they enjoy the irony.
  44. Every sentient creature is "informed" that you are now the owner of all the gold in the world. No gold actually moves anywhere and it is up to you to enforce your righteous claim.
  45. The color "gold" is suddenly drained from all things which become more brown or yellow. Now only you can bestow this color onto objects and creatures.
  46. You get your wish, but no one has any gold left so the economy crashes.
  47. All the gold in the world includes the gold guarded by every dragon. Bringing the gold to you also brings you its previous owner or notifies them of your act.
  48. This could also be applied to innumerable other monsters as well.
  49. At first, the gold rivers streaming through the air above the wisher's location is amazing. Verucai Saltberry can eat her heart out. Then, as the rivers make landfall, a nervous quiet overcomes all those who witness the spectacle.
  50. All the gold in the world now rains down upon their location.
  51. After half of one hour, 2d12 * 10 acres are covered in anything made of gold. Coins. Ore. Candelabras. You name it. I don't think there are enough dice to calculate the weight...
  52. Hot molten gold floods in your direction
  53. The world decides that gold is now useless since no one has it. They switch to using electrum.
  54. You get it. Exactly as you intended, all the gold coins in the world. But, every dragon, king, crime boss, even members of your own party just had all their gold stolen from them, and they aren't happy about it.
  55. The color gold dissapears from everything in the world unless it is owned by the wisher. Gold is suddenly indistinguishable from silver except by alchemists and smiths and dragons. As a trade currency it becomes almost worthless. The economy plunges into turmoil and as the value of gold plummets so do dragons interest in it. The land devolves into chaos as they suddenly struggle to work out wealth. Gems and iron both skyrocket in value. Dragons, furious at their essentially worthless hordes that they’ve amassed over the years rage across the land. Gold dragons go black. They’ve lost their color. There is a sudden increase in black dragons. Chaos takes hold and the black dragons start taking over the land.
  56. All the gold in the world disappears leaving only what they have on their person
  57. The dragons of the world soon realize where their horde has been taken. They all have you in their sight.
  58. It’s in one solid brick that’s practically worthless for the size
  59. You find yourself atop a mountain of all of the world's gold. Every greedy dragon in the world will soon be converging on your location to fight for this prize, with you in the middle. This being all the gold, that pile includes the scales from every gold dragon in the world, which you've just forcibly torn apart with your wish. Even the good-aligned dragons now see you as a genocidal monster that must be destroyed for the safety of their own kind. Your death is suddenly the singular goal that unites almost every dragon in the world. Also, all Electrum becomes a sort of brittle silver. That will please our DM, who hates having to include electrum coins in currency conversions.
  60. "Granted" and it seems as if nothing happens. Then, after a moment passes, there is a slight thump nearby. And then something light hits the player, rattling off of him, looking down he sees a small, wonderful necklace with a lithe, golden chain attached to it.And then a coin lands next to it.And then another. And another. The sound of falling gold escalates, turning into a storming, crashing chaos as all gold in the entire world falls from the sky in a roaring hail of death. And then all is silent, coins, jewelry, ore, newly refined gold and everything else stands as a small mountain where once there was a campsite and a forest, all of the players are dead or dying underneath that silent, golden hill.
  61. The planet's core loses all of its gold, which, in a supercritical molten state, appears floating as a series of masses overhead. This explodes and showers the area in forcefully-flung chunks of gold. Good job.
  62. The gods of wealth and trade are suddenly obliterated, and you are filled with divine power contained only by your mortal vessel, which wrecks havok on the divine realms and the mortal world. You probably don't survive. Good job.
  63. The gold is helpfully contained for you, and only consists of gold coins! ...Unfortunately, they appear in every single container or vessel you own or touch, forever, making it impossible to eat or drink except off the ground and makes clothing, home ownership, or trade tricky. Good job.
  64. They now own the license to obscure Half-Orc Bard Elzic Pagavian's folk album "All the gold in the world". Elzic is, however, an extremely competent adventurer and will not stand for having his art stolen out from under him.
  65. The power behind the wish misunderstands the intent and makes the wisher the only person to have a thing of that color.
  66. They get all the gold in the world, being the only one to posses gold, it becomes useless and the world's currency standards change.
  67. They didn't specify which world, molten gold pours in from a fire world
  68. Granted, since they specified “in the world” they now have a mountain sized pile of unrefined and impure Gold Ore, this pisses off all the Dwarvern clans as each ones mining operation is funded mostly by processing and selling Gold and similar materials. You and the party are now enemies of every dwarf Clan and their allies.
  69. I started an entire campaign with a similar premise involving a lamp, an efreet, and a Wish. I had a kingdom's worth of gold appear in a magical bag (like a bag of holding), but it was a solid cube that couldn't be pulled through the tiny opening of its container. Made for a lot of memorable scheming on the part of the players!
  70. They get all the gold in the world, the economy is no longer based on gold as there is none in circulation, brass coins replace gold coins
  71. You immediately stand upon a mountain of all the gold in the world. Seeing as you are the only one who has any, Silver becomes the dominant currency, making gold worthless. In addition, you piss off several dragons with hoards. At the same time, most kingdoms fall into financial ruin as they desperately attempt to find a new currency. While all this is happening, sinkholes begin to appear around the world as huge underground deposits of gold have vanished, allowing the ground to give way.
  72. All the gold not owned by the players is suddenly converted into silver. Currency now takes up 10x the amount of space which means any storage suddenly becomes limited.
  73. For the wealthy lords, it’s a nuisance that their pockets are suddenly weighed down or overflowing. For the banks that have just exploded... it’s a different matter.
  74. All the gold deposits from underground are drawn to the PCs creating huge destructive geysers and destroying everything in their path on the way to them.
  75. All the gold deposits from underground are drawn to the PCs creating huge destructive geysers and destroying everything in their path on the way to them.
  76. They start magnetically attracting every coin they walk by forever.
  77. All the gold in the world disappears and the world is changed to a paper-money system. The gold you have is the only gold remaining in the world, but it is useless as a currency. Maybe some alchemist will buy it from you?
  78. The rest of the gold in the world disappears, all that's left is what three player has on them
  79. Assuming they mean currency they're giving all the gold in the world translated into copper and they need to find a way to haul the several million metric tons of copper they have now. assuming they mean or they are now surrounded by all currently existing veins of unrefined gold ore
  80. The player now owns all the gold in the world... And the accompanying tax bill.
  81. Elderly people appear
  82. You get all the Gold in the world, and everyone is hunting you for thievery
  83. Gold is molten, appears in your pocket
  84. total collapse of the gold economy because there’s a lot more gold beneath the crust than in it, and it’s all technically in the world

I ordered myself on the dark web.

I know you’re frowning. The title is weird, I know. But, if you could just give me a moment I'll explain. I'll have to be fast though, I don't know how close they are.

Essentially, I ordered myself on the dark web.

I'm a drug user, I'll admit it. Weed is my usual go to, but I buy that off my friend. If, however, I want to get something a little heavier, like acid, or coke, I'd just order it off the dark web. It's surprisingly simple. A few clicks, some bitcoin transfers and then boom, I have acid in my PO box.

But I'm also a curious guy. The dark web has always... intrigued me. Up until a few days ago, I had only been on there to buy drugs off sites some of my friends gave to me. But, late one night I was sober and at home, which was a rare thing for me. So, since I was bored I decided to boot up my tor browser and try and see what sort of fucked up shit I could find on the dark web. If you've ever been on the dark web, you'll know that you can't just search up "red rooms," or "hitman for hire," and get results. No, you have to find links to these websites first.

So I hopped back onto google again to try and find some links to a messed up website. I know it's weird that I was actively searching for the worst, but as soon as I got on the dark web that night I had a sense of morbid curiosity overcame me. Anyway, I spent a little while trying to find some links. Anything that I found though was either too tame for me, or the links didn't work. At this point, I was about ready to give up, and I wish I had.

But, in one final attempt, I clicked on Reddit. Hoping onto deepweb, I didn't think I would find anything. So, I just scrolled through hot for about half an hour before sorting by new. Then, I found it.

One, simple text post titled: "SLAYERS ASSASSINATION AND LIFE RUINING SERVICES." In the text box in the post was what seemed to be just a random assortment of numbers and letters (zy3dkytcaubkq2y3, for those of you curious ). It took my tired brain a second to figure out what it was, but I realized pretty quickly. It was a link, presumably to a hitman website.

So, I decided to paste the link into my dark web browser and what do you know, it worked. But, before I decided to go any further I figured I should go back to OP's profile to see if they have posted any other dark web links. However, when I went back to the post in question OP's profile was deleted. Weird.

Anyway, I re-opened my dark web tab and hopped onto the site. Up along the top of the website was it's name, SLAYERS ASSASSINATION AND LIFE RUINING SERVICES and next to it what looked to be a skull inside of a crosshair. I chuckled when I saw that, the site must be fake. Upon scrolling down however, I was not disappointed.

There was a paragraph of white text on a black background, and a small box to the right of the text that just said 'place an order.' The text was the main part though, as it took up most of the page. It read:

"Slayers assassinations and life ruining services offers everything from acid attack, crippling, blinding, castration, torture, rape, beatings and good old death. We have the lowest prices out of any other company running similar services, and we are world wide! We have a dedicated and experienced group of staff based all over the world, so if you need someone to be assassinated, or maybe you just want them scarred for life, don't hesitate to contact us!"

Again I laughed. This had to be satire, right? Hell, I was even tempted to order it on someone just to see what would happen. Ironically, I actually have a half-decent job so I can afford to. Better not to risk it though, I thought to myself.

I was about to close my computer and call it for a night when I heard a knock at the door. I live alone, so it was unusual to get visitors, especially so late at night. But, when I opened my door it was just my good buddy Mark, who also happened to be my weed plug.

As I opened the door, he didn't hesitate to let himself in and shove a big baggie full of pot in my face.
"This, dude, if the best shit I've had in a minute, we gotta try some."

I couldn't say no.

Cut to a couple hours later, it's early morning and Mark and I are chilling on my couch, both blazed as fuck. He suddenly decides to get up, and I assume he's going to get some leftover pizza, but he walks over to my desk and computer.

"Slayers assassinations, are you gonna kill someone or something?" he mutters.
"What?" I reply
"Your computer dude, it's got some hacker shit on it."
"It's the dark web man, don't fuck with it."

At this point I'm still on my couch, half asleep and not paying full attention, however I sat up pretty fast when he said the words: "Hey man, lets order a hitman on you."

I hoped up and walked over to my PC. Part of my brain was screaming no, what the fuck are you doing, but the majority of my brain (which was also they high part) was thinking about how funny it would be to order a hitman on myself. So I agree. I do made him get out my chair though, because I didn't want him seeing what my credit card numbers were as I transferred some bitcoin.

At the end, after I wrote down all my personal details, like my address, age, and even a photo, I had to select what I wanted to happen to me. I just selected plain old assassination, as it was actually cheaper than some of the other things. I could have paid an extra couple of grand to be beaten before my death, but even my high brain didn't want to splash the cash too much on my own death. God, this is ridiculous.

Anyway, I placed the order and then replied to a confirmation email, and boom. It was done. A couple of clicks and I had ordered myself on the dark web. Mark and I laughed about it for a while, but then he left about an hour later and I fell asleep not too long after.

I woke up around 9 a.m., which meant I got at least six hours of sleep, even if it felt like I got three. I got up and out of bed, threw on some track pants and a cotton shirt (yes, I sleep naked), and brewed myself a coffee before sitting down to play some games and just. enjoy my Sunday.

You can imagine how shocked I was when I saw that I had ordered my death the previous night.

Even though I thought the site was bullshit I still felt a pit open up in my stomach. Even when I'm high I usually can make sensible decisions. I chuckled, not like I could remember it anyway, but I guess Mark's new shit really was good.

I would assume a normal human being would do something else, but I was still kind of out of it from the night before so I just carried on with my day. I was a little more paranoid, sure, but as I said I just assumed it was bullshit. I even laughed at the email I got from the website, saying that their hitman has been dispatched and was on its way. It was like ordering a package of Amazon, I was tempted to email back and ask for some day delivery.

But I didn't need to ask, because that's exactly what I got. I didn't see it arrive, but around the time I started to cook myself a shitty dinner I noticed a blacked out sedan parked on the other side of the road from my house. I didn't live in a rural area, but there is a lot of trees and bushes between each of the houses on my street, so I would be surprised if any other house saw the car except for mine.

At this point, I was freaking out. What if the site was real? Even though I'm a big guy, I was freaking out. I don't own any weapons, aside from a slightly larger-than-average kitchen knife. Fuck it, I'm confronting it, I decided. I put on a hoodie and slid the knife into the front pocket before waltzing on out of my house and walking right up to the driver side window of the vehicle. Even I was astonished at my own courage.

Knocking on the window, nothing happened. It was... rather anti-climatic, I was fully prepared to have to fight for my life, all because I did something really dumb while I was baked. But, like I said, nothing happened. I even put my head right up to the window, as if there was a reflection, to try and get a better look to see whats inside.

I could barely see what was inside of the car, but all I could make out were two empty seats. No one was even inside. I had got all hyped up for nothing. I decided to wait out by the car for a bit, but after half an hour or so I was hungry and I had to go back inside to take my dinner out of the oven. I swear, it was only a minute between me going inside to take my dinner out of the oven and looking back out of the window, and the car being gone. I didn't even hear it go.

"Guess I'm eating my dinner with all my curtains closed and doors locked," I muttered to myself.

I had just started to calm down when the power shut off. It was sunny outside, and coupled with the car I now knew that this was the real deal. I had signed my own death warrant.

I ran into my upstairs bedroom and locked the door, and then hid under the bed. I couldn't all the cops, what would I say? "Oh yes hello sir, turns out while super high I paid 5k for some anonymous hitman to kill me and now he's arrived, send an officer asap please and thank you."

So, I just stayed hiding under my bed, and I still am now. I've been here for an hour now writing this. Think of this as my epitaph. I know I'm screwed. Just a minute ago I heard my back door slowly creak open. This piece of writing may seem humorous to you, the reader, but in reality as you read this I'm under my bed praying to a god that lost all faith in me years ago to spare me, to let me go.

But I know that won't happen. My bedroom door just opened and I can see a big pair of black boots.

ALL NEW - Groestlcoin Moonshine iOS/Android Wallet

Built with React Native, Moonshine utilizes Electrum-GRS's JSON-RPC methods to interact with the Groestlcoin network.
GRS Moonshine's intended use is as a hot wallet. Meaning, your keys are only as safe as the device you install this wallet on. As with any hot wallet, please ensure that you keep only a small, responsible amount of Groestlcoin on it at any given time.

ALL NEW! – HODL GRS Android Wallet

HODL GRS connects directly to the Groestlcoin network using SPV mode and doesn't rely on servers that can be hacked or disabled.
HODL GRS utilizes AES hardware encryption, app sandboxing, and the latest security features to protect users from malware, browser security holes, and even physical theft. Private keys are stored only in the secure enclave of the user's phone, inaccessible to anyone other than the user.
Simplicity and ease-of-use is the core design principle of HODL GRS. A simple recovery phrase (which we call a Backup Recovery Key) is all that is needed to restore the user's wallet if they ever lose or replace their device. HODL GRS is deterministic, which means the user's balance and transaction history can be recovered just from the backup recovery key.

ALL NEW! – GroestlcoinSeed Savior

Groestlcoin Seed Savior is a tool for recovering BIP39 seed phrases.
This tool is meant to help users with recovering a slightly incorrect Groestlcoin mnemonic phrase (AKA backup or seed). You can enter an existing BIP39 mnemonic and get derived addresses in various formats.
To find out if one of the suggested addresses is the right one, you can click on the suggested address to check the address' transaction history on a block explorer.

ALL NEW! – Vanity Search Vanity Address Generator

NOTE: NVidia GPU or any CPU only. AMD graphics cards will not work with this address generator.
VanitySearch is a command-line Segwit-capable vanity Groestlcoin address generator. Add unique flair when you tell people to send Groestlcoin. Alternatively, VanitySearch can be used to generate random addresses offline.
If you're tired of the random, cryptic addresses generated by regular groestlcoin clients, then VanitySearch is the right choice for you to create a more personalized address.
VanitySearch is a groestlcoin address prefix finder. If you want to generate safe private keys, use the -s option to enter your passphrase which will be used for generating a base key as for BIP38 standard (VanitySearch.exe -s "My PassPhrase" FXPref). You can also use VanitySearch.exe -ps "My PassPhrase" which will add a crypto secure seed to your passphrase.
VanitySearch may not compute a good grid size for your GPU, so try different values using -g option in order to get the best performances. If you want to use GPUs and CPUs together, you may have best performances by keeping one CPU core for handling GPU(s)/CPU exchanges (use -t option to set the number of CPU threads).

ALL NEW! – Electrum Personal Server

Groestlcoin Electrum Personal Server aims to make using Electrum Groestlcoin wallet more secure and more private. It makes it easy to connect your Electrum-GRS wallet to your own full node.
It is an implementation of the Electrum-grs server protocol which fulfils the specific need of using the Electrum-grs wallet backed by a full node, but without the heavyweight server backend, for a single user. It allows the user to benefit from all Groestlcoin Core's resource-saving features like pruning, blocks only and disabled txindex. All Electrum-GRS's feature-richness like hardware wallet integration, multi-signature wallets, offline signing, seed recovery phrases, coin control and so on can still be used, but connected only to the user's own full node.
Full node wallets are important in Groestlcoin because they are a big part of what makes the system be trust-less. No longer do people have to trust a financial institution like a bank or PayPal, they can run software on their own computers. If Groestlcoin is digital gold, then a full node wallet is your own personal goldsmith who checks for you that received payments are genuine.
Full node wallets are also important for privacy. Using Electrum-GRS under default configuration requires it to send (hashes of) all your Groestlcoin addresses to some server. That server can then easily spy on your transactions. Full node wallets like Groestlcoin Electrum Personal Server would download the entire blockchain and scan it for the user's own addresses, and therefore don't reveal to anyone else which Groestlcoin addresses they are interested in.
Groestlcoin Electrum Personal Server can also broadcast transactions through Tor which improves privacy by resisting traffic analysis for broadcasted transactions which can link the IP address of the user to the transaction. If enabled this would happen transparently whenever the user simply clicks "Send" on a transaction in Electrum-grs wallet.
Note: Currently Groestlcoin Electrum Personal Server can only accept one connection at a time.

Groestlcoin Sentinel is a great solution for anyone who wants the convenience and utility of a hot wallet for receiving payments directly into their cold storage (or hardware wallets).
Sentinel accepts XPUB's, YPUB'S, ZPUB's and individual Groestlcoin address. Once added you will be able to view balances, view transactions, and (in the case of XPUB's, YPUB's and ZPUB's) deterministically generate addresses for that wallet.
Groestlcoin Sentinel is a fork of Groestlcoin Samourai Wallet with all spending and transaction building code removed.

High CPU when idling for ~5-10 minutes

Specs: - OS: Windows 10 Home 64bit - Graphics card: GTX 1080 - Processor: Intel i7-7700, 3,6 GHz - Motherboard: Asus Prime z270-A - Integrated Motherboard: Intel 630(?) -RAM: HyperX 16 GB DDR4 - Storage: 500GB SSD+ 2 times 1TB normal(?) memory - Power supply: Power Zone 650W

So I don't really know what has happened here but since about yesterday my computer starts using 100% of my CPU whenever I don't do anything for a few minutes. For example I go to the toilet and when I come back I have to wait for a few minutes for my PC to get back to normal again(usually between 1 and maybe 5 minutes, closer to 2 really).
I haven't downloaded anything except a Thesis guideline document of my university this week and 2 academic papers today. I only got 2 new games on steam in the current sale and some new dlc. I don't really know why this is happening now.
I have 2 screenshots of my task manager when this happens here:
https://imgur.com/Nhfgwgb
https://imgur.com/P50swAM
Honestly this is kinda screaming 'bitcoin miner' or something along those lines to me, as it might be hiding itself by only mining when I'm afk. However I can't find anything out of the ordinary in my files. Malwarebytes couldn't either. Could it maybe be a Windows update that causes my computer to start maintenance when I'm idle? I read some stuff like this when googling my issues. Honestly I'm not really all that great at this stuff so I'm not sure to what extent Windows can be the issue.
I have 2 final notes
  1. I have been having random High CPU issues these past few months, however these were related to Google Chrome freaking out. All I know about it(as a friend explained me) is that it's Chrome's response to thinking something goes wrong, and it starts to scan all your stuff and attempts to remove whatever caused the problem. There was no real permanent solution for it.
  2. When I restarted during the High CPU problem once, I had to replug the station of my wireless headset for it to work again as it was somehow not being detected by my computer anymore.

Anyone who has an idea what this might be? Or what direction I should look in to fix this issue? I What has gotten me most worried is whether it's likely this is a virus or another type of issue, so I would especially appreciate any comments regarding that.

Idle-Empire the site comparable to Swagbucks

They offer payouts from PayPal all the way to crypto currencies included Bitcoin(BTC); Ethereum(Eth); Litecoin(Ltc); Bitcoin Cash(BCH) and even Paysafecards and more.....
The Payout also includes Opskins and CS:GO Shop
The min withdraw is 1000 points (0,10$) for BCH and LTC
1000 Point (0,10$) For Opskins and CS:GO Shop
1000 Points (0,10$) for Ethereum
1000 Points (0,10$) for Bitcoin
Aprox. 60.000 Points (6,00$) for the first Paysafecard
and a lot more !
But for example, you can convert your BCH in any other Crypto Currencie if needed for example on Binance or OKEX.
You earn points very fast. I would recommend to do the Final Fantasy XV offer on Adgate at the start
(The Citadel Level 10 for less time and less reward, the Power 100k for more time and more reward)
(Advice:Upgrade your Citadel to 7 and upgrade all your baracks also to 7 have like 10 farms 9 stone generators, 5 metal generators , and one energy generator for fastes success all on level 7.
If you watch in the "Upgrade your Hero" Event is also Op, so don't use hero xp when there is no event. If you have something from the event like 250 Points you will get an bonus (Limit is 60, but with 250 your ranked higher)
and then you can upgrade your walls with the Fire walls (4x faster then normal walls) witch also gives you over 24000 Power(~25%) .Then only train troops ( siege machine)
and you will have 100k in under 5 days if you are lazy.
Other offers are also insane good

A very good feature is that you can mine wit hthis website for points. Like WTF free points for your Pc running :o OMG

Bitcoin 11 Years - Achievements, Lies, and Bullshit Claims So Far - Tooootally NOT a SCAM !!!!

That's right folks, it's that time again for the annual review of how Bitcoin is going: all of those claims, predictions, promises .... how many have turned out to be true, and how many are completely bogus ???
Please post / link this on Bitcoin (I am banned there for speaking the truth, so I cannot do it) ... because it'a way past time those poor clueless mushrooms were exposed to the truth.
Anyway, without further ado, I give you the Bitcoin's Achievements, Lies, and Bullshit Claims So Far ...
.
Bitcoin Achievements so far:
  1. It has spawned a cesspool of scams (2000+ shit coin scams, plus 100's of other scams, frauds, cons).
  2. Many 1,000's of hacks, thefts, losses.
  3. Illegal Use Cases: illegal drugs, illegal weapons, tax fraud, money laundering, sex trafficking, child pornography, hit men / murder-for-hire, ransomware, blackmail, extortion, and various other kinds of fraud and illicit activity.
  4. Legal Use Cases: Steam Games, Reddit, Expedia, Stripe, Starbucks, 1000's of merchants, cryptocurrency conferences, Ummm ????? The few merchants who "accept Bitcoin" immediately convert it into FIAT after the sale, or require you to sell your coins to BitPay or Coinbase for real money, and will then take that money. Some of the few who actually accept bitcoin haven't seen a customer who needed to pay with bitcoin for the last six months, and their cashiers no longer know how to handle that.
  5. Contributing significantly to Global Warming.
  6. Wastes vasts amounts of electricity on useless, do nothing work.
  7. Exponentially raises electricity prices when big miners move into regions where electricity was cheap.
  8. It’s the first "currency" that is not self-sustainable. It operates at a net loss, and requires continuous outside capital to replace the capital removed by miners to pay their costs. It’s literally a "black hole currency."
  9. It created a new way for people living too far from Vegas to gamble all their life savings away.
  10. Spawned "blockchain technology", a powerful technique that lets incompetent programmers who know almost nothing about databases, finance, programming, or blockchain scam millions out of gullible VC investors, banks, and governments.
  11. Increased China's foreign trade balance by a couple billion dollars per year.
  12. Helped the FBI and other law enforcement agents easily track down hundreds of drug traffickers and drug users.
  13. Wasted thousands if not millions of man-hours of government employees and legislators, in mostly fruitless attempts to understand, legitimize, and regulate the "phenomenon", and to investigate and prosecute its scams.
  14. Rekindled the hopes of anarcho-capitalists and libertarians for a global economic collapse, that would finally bring forth their Mad Max "utopia".
  15. Added another character to Unicode (no, no, not the "poo" 💩 character ... that was my first guess as well 🤣)
  16. Provides an easy way for malware and ransomware criminals to ply their trade and extort hospitals, schools, local councils, businesses, utilities, as well as the general population.
.
Correct Predictions:
  1. 2015-12: "1,000 dollar in 2015", u/Luka_Magnotta, aka time traveler from the future, 31-Aug-2013, https://www.reddit.com/Bitcoin/comments/1lfobc/i_am_a_timetraveler_from_the_future_here_to_beg/ (Technically, this prediction is WRONG because the highest price reached in 2015 was $495.56 according to CMC. Yes, Bitcoin reached $1,000 in 2013 and 2014, but that's NOT what the prediction says).
  2. 2017-12: "10,000 in 2017", u/Luka_Magnotta, aka time traveler from the future, 31-Aug-2013, https://www.reddit.com/Bitcoin/comments/1lfobc/i_am_a_timetraveler_from_the_future_here_to_beg/
  3. 2018-04: $10,000 (by April 2018), Mike Novogratz, link #1: https://www.bitcoinprice.com/predictions/, link #2: https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2017-11-21/mike-novogratz-says-bitcoin-will-end-the-year-at-10-000
